Modifications of Receivables or Contracts. The Seller shall not extend, amend, forgive, discharge, compromise, waive, cancel or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or amend, modify or waive any term or condition of any Contract related thereto, except for Permitted Restructurings and such other modifications of past due Receivables as the Seller deems reasonably necessary to maximize the collection thereof to the extent expressly permitted by the Credit and Collection Policy.
