Modifications Required by Lender. If any Lender of Landlord or ground lessor of the Real Property requires a modification of this Lease that will not increase Tenant’s cost or expense or materially or adversely change Tenant’s rights and obligations, this Lease shall be so modified and Tenant shall execute whatever documents are reasonably required and deliver them to Landlord within thirty (30) days after the request.
