Modifications; Successors and Assigns. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by all of the parties hereto or their respective successors in interest. This Agreement, including without limitation the provisions of Section 6, shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
