Modifications to Principal Contracts. I. Party A agrees that it is not required to inform it if Party B and the debtor sign principal contracts or make any modification to the same (including but not limited to extension of performance of obligations or additions to the principals). And Party A shall still bear the guarantee liability to the extent of the Maximum Guarantee and the guaranteed scope hereunder.

Modifications to Principal Contracts. The Creditor's rights and benefits hereunder shall not be affected by any grace or extension granted to the Debtor by the Creditor for the repayment, or any modification, change or substitute to any term of the principal contracts that may be made by the Creditor and the Debtor. In the event of any occurrence of the above circumstances, the Guarantor shall be deemed to agree on the same in advance, and whereby its guarantee liability shall not be reduced or released in any way. If the principal contracts deal with L/C, L/G or standby L/C given to the Debtor by the Creditor, it is not required to get the Guarantor's consents or send further notice to the Guarantor for any modification to L/C, L/G or standby L/C under the principal contracts. The Guarantor shall be deemed to agree on any such modification in advance, and whereby its guarantee liability shall not be reduced or released in any way.

Any fee collected by the Servicer or the related Subservicer for processing such request will be retained by the Servicer or such Subservicer as additional servicing compensation.

  • Account Modifications Neither the Financial Institution nor the Grantor will change the name or account number of any Collateral Account without the prior written consent of the Secured Party.
