Examples of Party A in a sentence

  • If Party A needs any manpower to be arranged by Party B temporarily, it shall negotiate with Party B fifteen (15) days in advance to reach an agreement.

  • This Agreement shall renew for one (1) year automatically when it original term or renewal term expires, unless Party B notifies Party A thirty (30) days in advance that this Agreement will not be renewed.
