Modifications to System. If the Franchisee makes changes to the Cable System that require modifications to access facilities and equipment, Franchisee shall make any necessary changes to the Franchisee's headend and distribution facilities or equipment within thirty (30) days so that PEG facilities and equipment may be used as intended in this Agreement.
