1. Complaint and Allegation Reporting Procedures Complaint reporting procedures shall be disseminated by the JCSO within facilities under its jurisdiction (in English and other languages as appropriate) in order to ensure that all individuals are aware of the availability of such procedures. Such material must include up-to-date contact information necessary to file the complaint. Complaints will be accepted from any source (e.g., ICE, JCSO, participating JCSO personnel, inmates, and the public). ICE will immediately forward a copy of the complaint to the DHS Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL). Complaints can be reported to Federal authorities as follows:
A. Telephonically to the DHS Office of the Inspector General (DHS OIG) at the toll free number ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, or
