MOGO’S PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS. In consideration of Postmedia meeting its obligations under this Agreement and providing the Services, Mogo agrees to compensate Postmedia by paying the Set-up Fee and the Revenue Sharing Payments to Postmedia, and providing Postmedia the right to subscribe for the Mogo Warrants, all as described in greater detail in this Article 5.
