Common use of Moment of dispatch Clause in Contracts

Moment of dispatch. Any message transmitted in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed sent when the Communication Service Provider generates a notification of its dispatch and saves it in the communication space that is accessible to the Originator (such as an electronic mailbox).
