Common use of Money for Payments To Be Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Money for Payments To Be Held in Trust. As provided in Section 8.2(a) and (b), all payments of amounts due and payable with respect to any Notes that are to be remitted from amounts withdrawn from the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 8.2(c) shall be made on behalf of the Issuer by the Indenture Trustee or by the Paying Agent, and no amounts so withdrawn from the Distribution Account for payments on the Notes shall be paid over to the Issuer except as provided in this Section 3.
