Common use of Money Market Loans Clause in Contracts

Money Market Loans. (a) In addition to borrowings of Syndicated Loans, at any time prior to the Commitment Termination Date the Company may, as set forth in this Section 2.03, request the Banks to make offers to make Money Market Loans to the Company in Dollars. The Banks may, but shall have no obligation to, make such offers and the Company may, but shall have no obligation to, accept any such offers in the manner set forth in this Section 2.03. Money Market Loans may be LIBOR Market Loans or Set Rate Loans (each a "Type" of Money Market Loan), provided that: (i) there may be no more than fifteen different Interest Periods for both Syndicated Loans and Money Market Loans outstanding at the same time (for which purpose Interest Periods described in different lettered clauses of the definition of the term "Interest Period" shall be deemed to be different Interest Periods even if they are coterminous); and
