Money Market Loans. (a) In addition to making Syndicated Borrowings, so long as the Debt Rating is BBB- or Baa3 or higher, the Borrower may, as set forth in this Section 2.02A, request the Banks to make offers to make Money Market Borrowings available to the Borrower.
