Monies Owed to the Company. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive hereby authorizes the Company to deduct from Executive’s final wages or other monies due to Executive (other than amounts that would constitute “deferred compensation” pursuant to Section 409A) all debts or financial obligations owed to the Company by Executive.
