Common use of Monies Paid to American Express Banking Corp Clause in Contracts

Monies Paid to American Express Banking Corp. It is a condition of any booking that all monies paid to American Express Banking Corp., Cyber City, Tower-C, DLF Building No. 8, Sector-25, DLF City, Phase- II, Gurgaon - 122 002 (“American Express”) as and when it sees fit for or in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable to suppliers or carriers, and the payment of a deposit or Charge Card authorisation for travel or related fees shall be deemed to be a direction by the client to American Express to disburse such monies as aforesaid.
