VARIATIONS OF CONDITIONS. The Issuer may vary all or any of these Conditions at any time by giving the Cardholder 20 days' prior written notice if and when it becomes necessary or appropriate to do so in order to comply with legal, fiscal or regulatory requirements, to reflect alterations in the nature and extent of the service which the Issuer is able to provide to the Cardholder having regard to its systems' capabilities, to market practice and to the level of customer demand, to reflect any corporate amalgamation or reconstruction which affects the Issuer or to rectify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities or omissions in them.

VARIATIONS OF CONDITIONS. Unless otherwise stated a written quotation by Seller constitutes an offer to sell the goods or provide the services described subject to these Conditions. Should any of these conditions conflict with any conditions stated in Purchaser's order, these conditions shall prevail. The giving by Purchaser of any instructions for the provision of services or delivery of the goods or any part thereof, or the acceptance by Purchaser in confirmation of the transaction set out on the basis thereof after receipt by Purchaser of this document shall constitute unqualified acceptance by Purchaser of these Conditions.

VARIATIONS OF CONDITIONS a) Any Contract made by CARDIFF GALVANIZERS (1969) LTD, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Seller’) for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Service’) to a Purchase or Customer(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Buyer’) shall be subject to the following Conditions of Contract which shall supersede any earlier sets of conditions appearing in the Sellers Quotations or elsewhere. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Seller these conditions shall take precedence over any terms conditions and warranties stipulated incorporated or referred to the Buyer it’s servants or agents expressly or by implication whether in negotiations between the parties or in the Order or elsewhere. Ensuring that all equipment, chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions safely, the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe manner. Ensuring that no animals (including birds), except assist dogs are brought into the building, without written permission of the management on the occasion of a special event or hire agreed to by the management FIRE REGULATIONS The Hirer shall: Ensure that the “Emergency Exit” signs are kept illuminated and not obscured. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is called to any outbreak of fire, however slight, and details given to the management. Prior to the start of an event indicate the fire exits and Evacuation Meeting Place to the persons attending the event. The Evacuation Meeting Place is outside the rear gates for the back of the building and on the pavement to the front of the building No person may re-enter the building without the permission of the Fire Brigade.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NOTES The Notes shall be governed by all the terms and conditions of the Indenture, as supplemented by this First Supplemental Indenture. In particular, the following provisions shall be terms of the Notes:
