Monitor Activities. The Owner shall have the right to monitor all Contract related activities of the Consultant and all sub-consultants. This shall include, but not be limited to, the right to make site inspections at any time, to bring experts and consultants on site to examine or evaluate completed work or work in progress, and to observe all Consultant personnel in every phase of performance of Contract related work.
