Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

Notices and Communication Any notice or other communication that either party gives relating to the purchase of the Products by the Company shall be made in writing and given either by hand, first class recorded postal delivery, or electronic mail to a previously designated authorized individual or facsimile transmission.

Notice is not effective for any purpose whatsoever unless served in one of the following manners: If notice is given by personal delivery, it is deemed delivered on the day of delivery. If notice is given by overnight delivery service, it is deemed delivered one (1) day after date deposited, as indicated by the delivery service. If notice is given by depositing same in United States mail, enclosed in a sealed envelope, it is deemed delivered three days after date deposited, as indicated by the postmarked date. If notice is given by registered or certified mail with postage prepaid, return receipt requested, it is deemed delivered on the day the notice is signed for.
Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.
Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via e-mail, (2) by access to a web site that we will designate in an e-mail notice we send to you at the time the information is available, (3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a web site that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose, or (4) by requesting you download a PDF file containing the Communication.
Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.
Contractor Communication or Disclosure The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.
Safeguards for Personal Information Supplier agrees to develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, as deemed appropriate by DXC, to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of, and to prevent intentional or unintentional non-permitted or violating use or disclosure of, and to protect against unauthorized access to or accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of, the Personal Information Processed, created for or received from or on behalf of DXC in connection with the Services, functions or transactions to be provided under or contemplated by this Agreement. Such safeguards shall meet all applicable legal standards (including any encryption requirements imposed by law) and shall meet or exceed accepted security standards in the industry, such as ISO 27001/27002. Supplier agrees to document and keep these safeguards current and shall make the documentation available to DXC upon request. Supplier shall ensure that only Supplier’s employees or representatives who may be required to assist Supplier in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall have access to the Personal Information.
