Monitored services. 4.28 If there is a monitored service or alarm on your Premises, it is your responsibility to check that the monitored service is working following the installation of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any loss that you may suffer as a result of a monitored service failing to work for any reason following the installation of the Service.
