Common use of Monitoring by the Agency Clause in Contracts

Monitoring by the Agency. The Contractor shall permit persons duly authorized by the Agency to inspect and copy any records, papers, documents, facilities, goods, and services of the Contractor which are relevant to this contract, and to interview any clients, employees, and Subcontractor employees of the Contractor to assure the Agency of the satisfactory performance of the terms and conditions of this contract. Following such review, the Agency will provide a written report of its findings to the Contractor and, where appropriate, the Contractor shall develop a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). The Contractor hereby agrees to correct all deficiencies identified in the CAP in a timely manner as determined by the Agency’s Contract Manager.
