MONITORING, CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE. The IGCC (later the GCC) shall strengthen regional monitoring, control and surveillance in the GCLME region and the reporting system for cases of illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing in the region in order to eliminate the depletion of the fish stocks and huge economic losses caused by this illegal practice including trans-shipment. The IGCC shall further coordinate and facilitate action by the member countries to engage in dialogue with partner organizations or countries associated with these illegal practices.
MONITORING, CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE. In order to ensure the proper implementation of Part 2 of the Project and more generally the monitoring, control and surveillance of its coastal fisheries in a manner designed to achieve the objective of the Program, the Recipient shall ensure at all times that: 1. All MCS activities carried out by the Recipient shall be under the control of FISCAP and shall be carried out by civilian authorities under terms of reference limited to fisheries surveillance. 2. In accordance with Section 4.06 of the General Conditions, the Recipient shall ensure that all goods, works, services and Operating Costs financed out of the proceeds of the Financing are used exclusively by civilian authorities for the purposes of the Project, and not for any military purpose, or for any criminal investigation, prosecution or proceedings, or for any other purposes unrelated to the objectives of the Project.

  • Surveillance The COR will receive and document all complaints from Government personnel regarding the services provided. If appropriate, the COR will send the complaints to the Contractor for corrective action.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Compliance Control Services (1) Support reporting to regulatory bodies and support financial statement preparation by making the Fund's accounting records available to the Trust, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and the independent accountants. (2) Maintain accounting records according to the 1940 Act and regulations provided thereunder. (3) Perform its duties hereunder in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and provide any sub-certifications reasonably requested by the Trust in connection with any certification required of the Trust pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 (the “SOX Act”) or any rules or regulations promulgated by the SEC thereunder, provided the same shall not be deemed to change USBFS’s standard of care as set forth herein. (4) Cooperate with the Trust’s independent accountants and take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to ensure that the necessary information is made available to such accountants for the expression of their opinion on the Fund’s financial statements without any qualification as to the scope of their examination.

  • Video Surveillance All video surveillance will be directed by the YSU police department.

  • Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:

  • Management Reporting (a) Provide periodic reports, in accordance with agreed upon frequency and content parameters, to the Funds. As reasonably requested by the Funds, the Transfer Agent shall furnish ad hoc reports to the Funds.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review. This access includes but is not limited to client records, fiscal records, staffing records, policy and procedural manuals, facilities, staff, and children in care of the Department. The Department will conduct quality reviews, which may include site-based quality review visits.
