From and after the date hereof, Supplier will provide non-financial cooperation to Distributor in the clinical studies of Supplier’s saline breast implants, including providing non-financial cooperation to Distributor in collecting information and documentation from participating surgeons and communicating any problems with the clinical studies to Distributor.
