Monitoring Interval and Period. Data collection will occur annually over the period June 1 – September 30, capturing usage during the Control Season. Data will be downloaded from the meters daily, and will be validated as it is received. Validation will include an assessment of observed connected load and analysis of individual load shapes, in addition to spike and range checks. The data will be collected in 5 minute intervals.
