Weed Control. The tenant shall control all noxious weeds on the subject lands and maintain all summerfallow in a reasonably weed-free condition.
Weed Control. Lessee is responsible for controlling noxious weeds on the leased premises and shall prevent or eradicate the spread of noxious weeds onto land adjoining the leased premises.
Weed Control. It is the tenant’s responsibility to keep the plot free of weeds that cause a nuisance to adjoining tenants. Where on inspection or as the result of complaints, a plot with weeds is identified, the tenant will be sent a Notice to Clean letter. A further inspection will be carried out in 28 days and if there are no improvements in cultivation a Notice of Termination will be sent. See 15.4.
Weed Control. Planters, gravel areas, sidewalks, curb and gutters, expansion joints, fence lines, drainage areas, bare areas, and around plants and trees shall be kept free of grass and weeds. This will be done on an as-needed basis.
Weed Control. Post-emergent weed control will be an on-going daily effort and will be distributed in the most efficient manner possible based on course conditions. Applications of pesticides must be carried out on a preventative basis for mole cricket control. During months known for high disease pressure a preventative pest program must be in place for other known pests. During low pressure months, a curative or “as needed” application approach may be utilized for pest control. If required, at an additional cost to Kissimmee Bay Country Club and Remington Golf Club, Down To Earth will provide a proposal to apply Curfew that will be into all putting surfaces, greens surrounds, fairways and tee boxes one (1) time per year. Rough will be an additional charge to Kissimmee Bay Country Club and Remington Golf Club. Down to Earth reserves the right to use other approved products for Nematode control if they become available. Policing shall be done on a daily basis for the removal of all litter (i.e.: paper, leaves, cans, bottles, tree branches, etc.)
Weed Control. The contractor shall keep the watering saucers free of weeds during the maintenance period.
Weed Control. Perform weed control throughout the project, a minimum of once every two weeks, in all areas within the project limits to maintain tree pits, shrub beds, sidewalks, curb and gutter, walkways, ditch paving, concrete medians, and other pavement weed free. Meet the following conditions:
a. Perform weed control to prevent weeds from becoming established, setting seed, or from becoming visible in the planting beds.
b. Completely remove all undesirable plants (weeds) by hand pulling. Removal of weeds may be accomplished using herbicides if approved by the Engineer. However, the use of herbicides is prohibited in stream buffer areas unless approved by the Department Ecology Manager.
c. Apply an approved pre-emergent herbicide twice each year, once in the spring and once in the fall, throughout the contract. The use of pre-emergent herbicides is prohibited in stream buffer areas. Apply pre-emergent to all shrub beds and tree pits. Notify the Engineer 48 hours prior to spraying. Use a blue dye in all applications unless approved otherwise by the Engineer.
d. Eradicate all invasive exotic pest plants found within the project limits throughout the life of the project, including stream buffer and xxxxx areas. Volunteer, non-invasive plant material within stream buffer restoration areas is acceptable.
e. Dispose off site on a daily basis all weed, exotic plants, clippings, litter, and debris generated.
Weed Control. 2.4.1 The Grounds team will minimise the presence of weeds in shrub beds by mulching, herbicides or hand/hoe weeding.
Weed Control. The Company shall during the continuance of this Lease, be responsible for weed control within the Leased Area.
Weed Control. Maintain the planting and lawn areas within the East End Crossing area free of weeds.
