Monitoring of Instructions and Telephone Recording. You agree that SoFi HK may (but is not obliged to) monitor and/or record your Instructions and telephone conversations with SoFi HK. Any such recording (or a transcript thereof) will be conclusive evidence of the contents and nature of the relevant Instructions or telephone conversations.
