Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.
Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Ordering of Other UNE Services 2.9.4.1 All LSRs issued for reserved facilities shall reference the facility reservation number as provided by BellSouth. Choice Telephone Company will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the loop ordered on such LSR. If, however, Choice Telephone Company does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, Choice Telephone Company’s placement of an order for an advanced data service type facility will incur the appropriate billing charges to include service inquiry and reservation per Exhibit B of this Attachment.
Reporting of Metered Data and Parameters 7.2.1 The grid connected Solar PV power plants will install necessary equipment for regular monitoring of solar irradiance (including GHI, DHI and solar radiation in the module plane), ambient air temperature, wind speed and other weather parameters and simultaneously for monitoring of the electric power (both DC and AC) generated from the Project.
Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 6. The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.
Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
