Xxxxxxxxxxx X-0, X-0, X0-X, XX-0, XX-0X, X-0, X0-0X, MW3-2R, XX-0, XX-0, XX-0, XX-0, XXX-0, UPG-2 MW-4 and MW-4P are in close proximity, therefore only one well needs to be monitored for the parameters listed in Table A. The other well (MW-4P) is intended as a piezometer well and shall be monitored for water elevation only. MW-4 is considered a POC well. Xxxxx XXX-0, XXX-0, and MW-3 shall be monitored for water elevation only.
