Common use of Monitoring; Suspension; Reporting Clause in Contracts

Monitoring; Suspension; Reporting. InterPayments may, but is under no obligation to, monitor Customer’s use of the Services. InterPayments may, in its reasonable discretion, suspend access to the Services if InterPayments believes that: (a) Customer is in breach of this Agreement; (b) use of Services as permitted in this Agreement poses a security risk to InterPayments or Customer; (c) Customer’s use of any Services violates, misappropriates, or infringes the rights of InterPayments or any third-party or violates any Applicable Law; (d) there is a bug or performance issue with any Services; or (e) any Applicable Law prohibits InterPayments from performing any of its obligations under this Agreement or providing any aspect of the Services including any related data.
