MONITORING VISITS. The placement provider will permit access to ERFA or the appropriate educational establishment during the placement period for the purpose of monitoring.
MONITORING VISITS. 4.1 District shall give the United States Treasury Department, the Special Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Treasury, the Comptroller General of the United States, District, District Auditor, and any of their duly authorized representatives, unobstructed and full access to and the right to examine all books, accounts, records, reports, files, and other papers, things or property belonging to or in use by District pertaining to this Agreement as it pertains to the use of CARE Act funds.
MONITORING VISITS. SUBRECIPIENT agrees that ENTITY shall conduct on-site monitoring visits to assure compliance with applicable Federal requirements and that performance goals are being achieved, if applicable, as per 2 CFR Part 200. SUBRECIPIENT shall attend an orientation prior to the award of funds and prior to the first draw of funds. After each monitoring visit, ENTITY shall provide SUBRECIPIENT with a written report of the monitor’s findings. If the monitoring reports note deficiencies in SUBRECIPIENT’s performance under the terms of this Agreement, the monitoring report shall include requirements for the timely correction of such deficiencies by SUBRECIPIENT. Failure by SUBRECIPIENT to take action specified in the monitoring report may be cause for suspension or termination of this Agreement, as provided in Section XII of this Agreement. In addition, SUBRECIPIENT shall give HUD, the Comptroller General of the United States, ENTITY, and any of their duly authorized representatives, unobstructed and full access to and the right to examine all books, accounts, records, reports, files, and other papers, things, or property belonging to or in use by SUBRECIPIENT pertaining to this Agreement.

City shall allow County to conduct on-site monitoring visits to assure compliance with applicable federal requirements, terms and conditions, and adequacy of timeliness of performance by City and those performance goals are being achieved, if applicable. City shall give Homeland Security, GDEM, TxDPS, the Comptroller General of the United States, County, County Auditor, and any of their duly authorized representative, unobstructed and full access to and the right to examine all books, accounts, records, reports, files, and other papers, things or property belonging to or in use by City pertaining to this Agreement.
MONITORING VISITS. Identica will monitor the operations of the Equipment, and shall make semi-annual visits to the Hotels to provide Hotel staff with additional training, merchandising and operational recommendations and software support. Pursuant to the Hotel Agreements, the Hotels shall continue to provide room and board for the professional services team for monitoring visits at no expense to Identica, and on an as needed basis.
MONITORING VISITS. 5.1 The Parties shall make available to The United States Treasury Department, the Special Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Treasury, the Comptroller General of the United States, County, County Auditor, and any of their duly authorized representatives, unobstructed and full access to and the right to examine all books, accounts, records, reports, files, and other papers, things or property, electronic or otherwise, belonging to or in use by the Parties pertaining to this Agreement as it pertains to the use of federal funds for the Improvements project.
MONITORING VISITS. Program and fiscal monitoring are done on a biennial (every two years) basis and are conducted onsite. The LHJ must maintain on file and have available for review, audit and evaluation: • All criteria used for certification, including information on income, nutrition risk eligibility and referrals • Program requirements • Nutrition education • All financial records
MONITORING VISITS. (a) During the term of this Agreement, ICON personnel shall conduct regular on-site monitoring visits for all of the enrolled patients at Monitored Sites. Such visits shall be scheduled as considered necessary by ICON in consultation with Carrington for proper xxxxxxx xx the Study, and the interval between successive visits will not normally exceed six weeks. In addition, ICON shall make regular telephone contact, at least once weekly, with each Monitored Site for a status report on the conduct of the Study.

(c) In the event an ICON clinical monitor is unable, for any reason during the term of this Agreement, to fulfill his/her supervisory role in the monitoring responsibilities set forth herein, ICON shall replace the clinical monitor with a suitably qualified replacement monitor at no additional cost to Carrington.
MONITORING VISITS. Commission officials or an expert hired by the Commission may visit projects during the implementation phase. The main aim of these visits is to help and give advice to the Beneficiaries.
MONITORING VISITS. District agrees that the City may conduct a monitoring visit to assess the risk of City funds and District performance at any time during the duration of this Agreement. The City will notify the District of an upcoming monitoring visit and provide instructions of what to prepare. The District agrees to respond to any monitoring findings identified by the City through a Corrective Action Plan.
