Return of All Materials. Upon the termination or expiration of the Co-Promotion Agreement, Targacept shall promptly return to AstraZeneca all Co-Promoted Product samples, all Promotional Materials, and all training materials that AstraZeneca provided to Targacept pursuant to the Co-Promotion Agreement that are in the possession of, or under the control of, Targacept or its Designated Sales Forces. Executive agrees that on termination or expiration of his employment with the Company, Executive will deliver, upon request, all copies and originals of documents, CD-ROMS, diskettes, tapes and other materials containing or referring to the Confidential Information, in his possession or control. Executive will also erase and write over all Confidential Information form all his computers and his other information storage devices and media, or deliver such devices or media to Company.
Return of All Materials. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, AstraZeneca shall promptly return to Abraxis all Product samples, all Promotional Materials, and all training materials that Abraxis provided to AstraZeneca pursuant to this Agreement that are in the possession of, or under the control of, AstraZeneca or its Designated Sales Forces.
Return of All Materials. (a) Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement or, if applicable, the Sell-Off Period, Distributor shall, and shall cause its Representatives to, promptly return to SWAI all Product samples supplied by SWAI and in the possession or control of Distributor or the Representatives, all Detailing and Promotional Materials, and all training materials that SWAI provided to Distributor pursuant to this Agreement that are in the possession of, or under the control of, Distributor or the Representatives.
Return of All Materials. Upon termination of this Agreement or any Statement of Work, MDSPS shall return all Study Materials, documentation, data, reports and any other item related to a Project or the Services rendered to Sponsor upon request, except for those materials or copies thereof that are required by law or regulation to be retained by MDSPS.

Return of All Materials. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Cubist shall destroy or promptly ship or otherwise provide to AstraZeneca all Promotional Materials, training materials and other materials (including Sales Training Materials and CSD Training Materials) including any and all copies, in any form, of any of the foregoing made by or on behalf of Cubist or its Affiliates or AstraZeneca, in Cubist’s possession or control (including those in the possession of any Program Employee, Affiliate or printer of Cubist). Cubist shall ensure that all electronic copies of any of the foregoing within Cubist’s possession or control (including those *Confidential Treatment Requested.
