Common use of Monthly Average of FTE Project Jobs Clause in Contracts

Monthly Average of FTE Project Jobs. For FTE Project Jobs, add the hours worked each month by hourly employees and divide by 151.6 hours (1,820 hours per year divided by 12 months) to calculate the number of FTE Project Jobs. If Grantee uses pay periods of less than one month, total all of the reported hours worked by the FTEs during the Performance Certification Period and divide by 1,820 (35 hours x 52 weeks) to determine the average FTE employment for the Period. No individual may be considered more than one FTE regardless of the number of hours worked by such individual.
