Common use of Monthly Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Monthly Base Salary. As compensation for the services to be rendered hereunder, the Company shall pay Employee a salary of (i) $16,667.67 per month for the first 12 calendar months of the term of this Agreement, (ii) $20,833.33 per month for the second twelve calendar months of the term of this Agreement and (iii) $25,000.00 per month for the third 12 calendar months of the term of this Agreement. Such salary shall be payable in at least monthly installments during the term of this Agreement.

Such salary shall be payable in at least monthly installments during the term of this Agreement.

Monthly Base Salary. As compensation for the services to be rendered hereunder, the Company shall pay Employee a salary of (i) $16,667.67 per month for the first 12 calendar months of the term of under this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company a monthly base salary (iibefore standard deductions) equal to $20,833.33 per month for 16,666.66, subject to periodic review and increase by the second twelve calendar months of the term of this Agreement and (iii) $25,000.00 per month for the third 12 calendar months of the term of this AgreementBoard. Such Employee's monthly base salary shall be payable in at regular intervals (at least monthly installments during semi-monthly) in accordance with the term prevailing practice and policy of this Agreementthe Company.
