Monthly Billing for Utilities and Other Services. a. Each dwelling unit will be billed by the city at the established rates. b. Any structure other than a dwelling unit, as well as common areas and required open space, will be billed to the HOA at established rates. c. Fees for the outdoor sprinkler systems of common area and required open space areas will be billed to and paid by the HOA. d. Each dwelling unit will have a solid waste container and will be billed at established rates. Dumpsters or large solid waste containers shall be provided for required open space areas and will be billed at established rates.
