PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
8.2 With regard to purpose and importance, the Council may permit the Association to hold formal meetings on the premises of the Council outside of normal working hours.
8.3 The Council will continue its past practice of making available to the Association specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 15.01 The Employer and the Union agree that it is in the interests of both parties to have an informed membership and to this end the Employer shall provide reasonable bulletin board space in each work location clearly identified for exclusive Union use for the posting of notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, minutes of Union meetings, news items and social and recreational affairs.
15.02 The Employer may make available to the Union specific locations on the premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Alliance or of the Union.
15.03 Upon the request of a Union Representative, the Employer shall make available to the Union and the members of the Bargaining Unit a suitable meeting room for each local or branch to be used from time to time for the conducting of business relating to the Bargaining Unit, where suitable accommodation is not otherwise available, and where the Employer has a suitable meeting room available.
(a) The Employer will process any mail originating from the Union addressed to Union officers in accordance with the Employer's normal internal mail distribution system.
(b) The Employer will process any mail originating from the Union officers and addressed to the Union head office in Yellowknife in accordance with the Employer's normal internal mail distribution system.
15.05 A representative of the Union shall have the right to meet with new employees in the employee's community to make a presentation of up to 60 minutes. Employees shall be granted leave with pay to attend these meetings.

15.02 The Employer will make every reasonable effort to locate a meeting room for use of the Union and members of the Bargaining Unit from time to time for the business relating to the Bargaining Unit.
15.03 The Employer will process any mail originating from the Union addressed to all Employees in accordance with the Employer's normal internal mail distribution system.
15.04 A representative of the Union shall have the right to give each new Employee an orientation of up to fifteen (15) minutes and the representative of the Union shall be given leave with pay for such purposes, taking into consideration the job requirements at the time.

14.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin board space in each location clearly identified for exclusive Union use.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 11.01 Reasonable access to means of communication available at the Library of Parliament will be provided to the Association for the dissemination of official notices. Notices or other material shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices relating to the business affairs of the Association and social recreational events. The Employer shall have the right to refuse the dissemination of any information it considers adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives.
11.02 The Employer shall make available to the Association specific locations on the premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association.
11.03 The Employer shall endeavour to include a hyperlink to the Association’s website from the intranet website.

12.02 A representative of the Union will be given time to provide each new Employee an orientation of up to thirty (30) minutes.
