Common use of Monthly Certificateholders' Statement Clause in Contracts

Monthly Certificateholders' Statement. (a) On or before each Distribution Date, the Paying Agent shall forward to each Series 1999-1 Certificateholder, each Rating Agency and the Class C Certificateholders a statement substantially in the form of Exhibit C to this Supplement prepared by the Servicer setting forth, among other things, the following information (which, in the case of subclauses (i) and (ii) below, shall be stated on the basis of an original principal amount of $1,000 per Series 1999-1 Certificate and, in the case of subclauses (viii) and (ix) shall be stated on an aggregate basis and on the basis of an original principal amount of $1,000 per Series 1999-1 Certificate):
