Monthly Contract Progress Reports. A brief description of the work performed under this Task Order (TO) during the previous month shall be prepared for inclusion in the Monthly Progress Report. The monthly report shall be prepared in MS Word, or similar format, and shall be submitted no later than the 5th of each month.
