Monthly in Arrears. By the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, Tenant shall provide to City a written monthly statement itemizing all of Tenant’s Gross Revenue (separating revenue and deductions) for the previous month, and Tenant shall pay to City ten percent (10%) of the Gross Revenue for that month.
