Monthly Minimum Prices. During the Term, Bega will pay the Supplier the Monthly Minimum Prices set out in Item 6 of the Details for Fresh Milk supplied to Bega, based on the Milk Solids of that Milk. If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier, payments to the Bega Supplier and the Sharefarmer Supplier will be made in accordance with the Relevant Percentage for each.
