Monthly Product Sales Fees. For each month, the applicable Product Sales Fee shall be applied to each Barrel of Product, if any, sold by Xxxx under any Included Sales Transaction during such month. With respect to each month, the aggregate monthly value of the Product Sale Fees (the “Aggregate Monthly Product Sales Fee”) shall be calculated pursuant to Schedule C and shall be due and payable from the Company to Xxxx as specified in Schedule C.
