Monthly Reporting. Grantee shall provide HHSC a monthly report by the 15th of each month via the Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) system that includes: 1. Number of trainers who left the MHFA program; 2. Number of active trainers; and 3. Number trained by: a. LMHA/LBHA region; b. Specific school trained within each independent school district c. Higher education entity or school district; and d. Category of personnel.
