The Monthly Schedule clause establishes the timing and frequency of recurring obligations or activities that must be performed on a monthly basis under the agreement. Monthly Schedule. A schedule for the month, divided into weekly time periods, shall be submitted to the City. The weekly time period shall include the work items by the day of the week.

5. Failure to notify Inspector of a change and/or failure to perform an item of work on a scheduled day shall result in deduction of payment for that date or work even though the work is performed on a subsequent day.
6. Contractor shall adjust all schedules to compensate for all holidays.
7. A monthly meeting shall be scheduled between the Contractor and Inspector to review schedules, invoices, work progress, etc.
8. Failure to supply a schedule by the first of each month shall result in a deduction and forfeit of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) from payment due to Contractor for every calendar day the schedule is not received.

In addition to Borrower's other obligations set forth in this Agreement, Borrower agrees to provide to DFS by the 10th business day of each month, as of the last day of the immediately prior month an Inventory Schedule (including serial number, year of manufacture, make, model, Borrower's acquisition date, whether New Inventory or Used Inventory, acquistion cost, accumulated depreciation to date, monthly depreciation, depreciation terms, and such other information as DFS may request) ("Monthly Schedule"). Monthly Schedule. The Contractor shall submit a schedule of the date(s) the Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly Janitorial Tasks will be performed. The schedule shall be submitted to the Program Manager by the first week of each month.
