Common use of Monthly Service Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Service Fee. If the Service Provider is in breach of its obligations under this Clause 16, then, from the day falling fourteen (14) Days after the Day on which the breach arose and provided that the breach has not been remedied, the Customer shall have no obligation to pay the Monthly Service Fee to the Service Provider in respect of the period thereafter and until such time as the breach is remedied.
