Monthly Servicer Certificate. On or before the second Business Day preceding each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall forward to the Seller, the Trustee and the Paying Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit C setting forth the information listed thereon.
