Common use of Monthly Servicer Certificate Clause in Contracts

Monthly Servicer Certificate. So long as any Bonds are outstanding, not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month after the Certificates are issued (excluding June, 2013), or if such day is not a Servicer Business Day, the next succeeding Servicer Business Day, the Servicer shall deliver a written report substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto (the “Monthly Servicer Certificate”) to the Bond Issuer, the Bond Trustee, the Certificate Trustee, the Rating Agencies, and the PUCO.
