Not later than the second Business Day preceding each monthly Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Issuer Loan Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer, each Rating Agency, the Back-up Servicer, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee the Monthly Servicer Report, in substantially the form set forth in the Indenture.
