Common use of Monthly Servicer Report Clause in Contracts

Monthly Servicer Report. Not later than four Business Days prior to the Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Funding Agents, a report (the “Monthly Servicer Report”) substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto, detailing certain activity relating to the Timeshare Loans. The Monthly Servicer Report shall be completed with the information specified therein for the related Due Period and shall contain such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Funding Agents in writing at least five Business Days prior to such Determination Date. Each such Monthly Servicer Report shall be accompanied by (i) an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit E hereto, certifying the accuracy of the computations reflected in such Monthly Servicer Report and (ii) a current Schedule of Timeshare Loans in an electronic format acceptable to the Funding Agents. The Servicer agrees to consult and cooperate with the Funding Agents in the preparation of the Monthly Servicer Report.
