Unless otherwise stated in the related Asset Pool Supplement, on each Determination Date, the Servicer shall, with respect to each outstanding Series, deliver to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the applicable Collateral Agent and each Note Rating Agency a certificate of an Authorized Officer in substantially the form set forth in the related Asset Pool Supplement.
