Common use of Monthly Servicing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Monthly Servicing Certificate. On or before the fourth Business Day prior to each Payment Date (unless otherwise agreed by the Trustee), HVF shall furnish to the Trustee and the Paying Agent a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A (each a “Monthly Servicing Certificate”).

Monthly Servicing Certificate.
