Monthly Servicing Certificate. On or before the fourth Business Day prior to each Payment Date (unless otherwise agreed by the Trustee), RCFC shall furnish to the Trustee and the HVF II Trustee a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit B (each a “Series 2010-3 Monthly Servicing Certificate”).
