Common use of Monthly Settlement Load Clause in Contracts

Monthly Settlement Load. The amount of Monthly Settlement Load with respect to any calendar month during the Delivery Period shall be determined in terms of megawatt-hours (MWh) of Energy. The MWh of Energy shall be equivalent to the amount of Energy reported as the Seller’s Specified Percentage obligation by Buyer to PJM with deration adjustments for marginal losses.

Monthly Settlement Load. The amount of Monthly Settlement Load with respect to any calendar month during the Delivery Period shall be determined in terms of megawatt-megawatt- hours (MWh) of Energy. The MWh of Energy shall be equivalent to the amount product of Specified Percentage and the Default Service Load for the Customer Supply Group. The MWh of Energy for which Seller shall be compensated shall be adjusted (upward or downward) by any subsequent meter corrections reported as the Seller’s Specified Percentage obligation by Buyer to PJM with deration adjustments for marginal lossesor by any subsequent retail load settlement process as provided in Article 7 (Billing and Settlement).
