Common use of Monthly Settlement Load Clause in Contracts

Monthly Settlement Load. The amount of Monthly Settlement Load with respect to any calendar month during the Delivery Period shall be determined in terms of megawatt-hours (MWh) of Energy. The MWh of Energy shall be equivalent to the amount of Energy reported as the Seller’s Specified Percentage obligation by Buyer to PJM with deration adjustments for marginal losses.
