Common use of Monthly Subscription Clause in Contracts

Monthly Subscription. If Customer chooses a monthly Subscription, the amount of incidents included in the Subscription per month is the amount of incidents per year divided by twelve (12). In the event of Termination of such Subscription, excess incidents issued thus far are billed by Supplier on a time and material basis as set out in 2.10 of the Annex.
